I had a decent experience at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Mansfield. The staff was very accommodating, especially during our conference, and the room was quite spacious and mostly clean. However, I encountered some issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of my bathroom, which were disappointing for a hotel brand I usually trust. Overall, the conference facilities and value for money were good, but some areas definitely need improvement, especially in housekeeping.
